Gifted Talented Program Progress Report Planned Workshop
Franklin County Community School Corporation Trustees heard a progress report on the gifted and talented program. Anne Rose reported survey results from Mt. Carmel School showing about 58 percent response with reading and math as favorites and strong support for the program. A special session will be held February 7 at 3 30 p m at Brookville Elementary with Dr John Feldhusen Purdue University Educational Psychology addressing gifted student identification curriculum and rationale. The event is open to teachers parents and community members and will include a workshop.
