Ernest R. Smith former Harrison Elementary principal dies
Ernest R. Smith, longtime Harrison Elementary principal for 15 years, died Sunday December 1, 1985 at Hospice of Cincinnati at age 70. He began teaching in a one room school in Whitley County Kentucky and joined Harrison in 1950, serving as principal until 1965.
