Wildcats suffer two heavy losses and slugfest at Fairfield
Wildcats opened with a 10 9 loss to Tast 10, then were thrashed 20 14 by Fairfield in a wind aided slugfest. Greg Loos started on the mound before being relieved by Coach Dave Bader, and Harrison committed nine errors in the first game. The Cats beat Taft 11 7 in a later contest with Loos and Hockman providing power and McDonald delivering relief pitching. East Central Trojans win big meet. Harrison takes several events and relays with multiple winners but trails East Central in overall standings. Age 13 players invited to Knothole baseball at Crosby grade school on April 6.
