Rome, Jan. 9. Mathilde Marl eighteen and Miss Romano sixteen, Polish art students, were found suffocated on a hotel bed in Rome. On the floor lay the dead body of a man. Letters to relatives indicated all three committed death by their own action.
Conductor C. W. Cox of Marshall Texas was run over by a freight train while coupling the caboose and died from his injuries leaving a bride of three months. He had dreamed the night before that the train would run him over, a singular feature of the case.
