The collapse interrupted a resurrection sermon as the gable blew in and debris struck the preacher and worshippers.
Grand Rapids reports indicate a heavy weekend storm damaged telegraph and telephone lines along Lake Michigan. Traverse City, Manistee, and Ludington lack outside communication. At St. Joseph damage totals 1500 dollars and Benton Harbor 2500 dollars.
A Sunday night wind storm in Buffalo eastern suburbs tore trolley poles down splintered telegraph lines and broke trees. Sidewalks were torn up and hurled great distances, leaving considerable property damage across the area.

Senator Hanna plans to introduce a bill to try Estes G. Rathbone in a U S court under American law for Cuba postal service frauds. The move follows his Cuba conviction and aims to admit evidence not allowed under Cuban procedure. President may review papers. pardon unlikely.
