A life member of Zion Lutheran Valley City and avid supporter of 4H, he owned and operated fair concessions Sun Valley Rides and Otterbacher family caramel corn. Survived by wife Penny and many relatives, visitation June 26 and funeral June 27 at Zion Lutheran Church. Burial Zion Church Cemetery Valley City Ohio. Memorials to Greater Ohio Showmen’s Association scholarship.
