Veteran turns 90 on Flag Day in Montville Township
Phil Jaworski a Korean War veteran and retired Airman celebrated his 90th birthday on June 14 in Montville Township joining family and friends for a triple blessing with Flag Day the Army’s 245th anniversary and a Medina County Veterans Service Office event Ed Zackery organized the honor included a cake a flag flown over the office and a Rolling Thunder tribute Jaworski who helped establish the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery was praised for his service and community efforts with a handmade US Air Force pillow presented by Rolling Thunder and the American Legion Riders
