NOACA outlines 2024 27 Transportation Improvement Program
NOACA confirmed its Transportation Improvement Program for fiscal years 2024 through 2027 at a board meeting. The plan runs July 1 2023 to June 30 2027 and covers road bicycle pedestrian bridges and transit projects across five counties including Medina. Projects are funded by NOACA and other federal funds via ODOT FTA and other agencies. Medina County items include a Greenwich Road project for 2.6 million and a Lake Road project for 2 million with further items listed online.

Medina County Right to Life named the top three winners of its 8th annual Life is Precious Baby Photo contest. First place went to Sarah Dougherty of Medina for a photo of her daughter Lucy, with a 30 minute portrait session 10 digital images and a $100 Visa gift card. Second place went to Jake and Amy Morano for a photo of their son Vincent with a $75 Visa gift card. Third place was Tim and Tess Bilbrey for a photo of their son Aidan with a $50 gift card. A total of 13 contestants complied with the under three years old Medina County eligibility.
