Hinckley Twp Man Faces Littering Charge Over Political Mail
Hinckley Township resident Gerald Dolcini, 84, pleaded not guilty to one count of littering after Republican and Democratic literature was found in a resident’s yard on Bellus Road. Dolcini, who has previously faced littering charges, volunteered for the Medina County Democratic Party and is awaiting a Jan. 12 pretrial in Medina Municipal Court.
