Medina beekeeper expands self serve honey stand
Herb Schramm moved the Cuyahoga Valley Bee Company stand to 4076 Nichols Road Medina Township and will produce about 500 pounds of honey this year from seven colonies. He and his wife Heather bottle and stock the stand with light and dark honey and wooden cutting board butter while his 11 year old son Evan helps manage daily stock. The family aims to keep local customers well supplied with fresh honey and easy access to their products.
