Paris dispatch reports by Associated Press that allied governments will issue an official protest to the Dutch government. The action follows Holland's permit for German troops to cross the Limburg province during their retreat from Belgium, according to Behe De Paria.
Both Troops will observe Sunday evening as church night and plan to dedicate their service flow. Further announcement will follow. Troop Two meets Friday at 7 in Presbyterian chapel. Troop One meets Saturday evening with Mr Purdy in Hin store.
London reports the German fleet surrendered as per armistice terms. Admiral Beatty announced the fleet surrendered at 1:30 this morning. The dispatch notes French troops entering Pest and a festive greeting for French soldiers in Habern. Washington notes Congress will adjourn sine die at 6:00 pm.
Nov 21 reports from Washington say Admiral Alexander Kolchak has become virtually dictator of Russia after a coup by Moscow ministers and council members. Arrests of opposing ministers followed as Berlin and Moscow dwell on revolutionary mood and political maneuvering.
