Community notices and social events fill Lyndonville hall

In Lyndonville a joint installation of Odd Yellows and Rebekahs drew an unusually large crowd with a six o’clock supper featuring chicken pie and sides for about 220 attendees. The Congregational church held its annual meeting electing officers. Knights of King Arthur and Camp Wire groups formed for youth. a Mothers Club musical was postponed. a Community League meeting discussed a town monument and a whist party raised funds for the Universalist church. local residents planned travel and charity events amid winter departures and hospital visits.
