Books To Cost More For South Carolina Schools
Chester June 14 M E Brock mas superintendent of the Chester city schools says school books for next year will cost more as publishers are bound by a five year contract keeping prices steady though printing costs exceed these. Contracts expired this spring and new terms were set. South Carolina books have recently sold for one quarter to one half the prices found in other states.
