Dave Black and John Brooks Koon, both white, residents of Lexington county, were jailed in Newberry county on a charge of transporting 5 12 gallons of corn liquor. A car and a 32 pistol were seized by Deputies Taylor Havird and Officer Quattlebaum. They face trials in Prosperity state court and likely the United States court.
