Mrs Florence Henrichy and her children traveled with her father John Hilder and brother George and family to Wymore for a weekend. Bad roads forced Mrs Henrichy and the child to return on Sunday evening, leaving Mr Hilder to drive the car home when roads improved.

R W and Rex Green plan a local entertainment venture at Diller with clean shows and moving pictures each Saturday night. Three winter films will be free courtesy of Diller businessmen. The opera house seats 400 with a large stage, curtains, decorated walls, and electric lighting.

J A Marshall Joseph Ulysses born January 16 1851 in Clarington died March 28 1927 aged 76 years 7 months 12 days. His parents died while he was young and he moved to Appanoose County Iowa to live with grandparents. He married Lucinda Dewitt September 9 1877 at Worth County and they had children. Ill health forced moves ending with his wife’s death October 3 1917 and the family later moved to Skidmore Ohio.
