Robert Patton 14, son of Mr and Mrs Roy Patton, left for Omaha and Great Lakes naval training station after applying to join the Navy. He passed a perfect physical and contemplates aviation service. He is the fifth Diller boy to serve in the Navy alongside Will Bowers Keith Johnson Harold Sattheffl and Roe Sparks.
