Diller resident E. 8. Diller returned Saturday from a business trip to Alexandria. Next week features a big showing of latest ladies coats by Loock and Habicht and Jack Clancy. The village board grants a twenty year franchise to Marysville parties for electric lights. An ordinance with full terms including the street lighting contract is published in this issue. Transmission lines work will start soon and the system should operate within sixty days.

Degree of Honor Holds 25th Anniversary Meeting
The Degree of Honor met at Mrs. Mary Miller's home to observe the 25th anniversary. A refreshments committee served a delicious repast.
