Death of Alf Waggoner Shocks Diller Community
Alf Waggoner aged 63 died at his home in the west part of town after a sudden heart attack. He had lived alone since his wife’s death and was a Civil War veteran, active in the Methodist church and several fraternal orders. Funeral services were held at the M E church with burial at Prairie Home Cemetery.
