Albert Dunn of Lincoln and his sister Mrs. A. Z. Diller hosted Wednesday night. John W. Miller of Lincoln visited his sister-in-law Mrs. Mary Miller and family in Diller. Miss Nena Leeta Green deeded the home place, one block east of the Colman hotel, to her mother Mrs. Mary Green this week.

Esquire D R Kelly yielded several rye heads from his northern town place yesterday. Miss Averil Fouts returned from Lincoln to visit before summer school. Rev H A Teckhaus came back from a Lutheran synod at Fremont confirming Midland college consolidation with Atchison Kansas. The Jefferson County Sunday-School Association holds its annual meeting in Reynolds on June 2 and urges all workers to attend.

The Womans Club met at City Hall on Tuesday afternoon. Mrs Callander reported on the district convention at Ashland. Members discussed meal preparation and service. Steele City Woman's Club members attended. Music and a Madaline Freytag reading were presented.

The Nebraska Annual Conference will convene in University Place starting September 9, 1919. The Sun day school aims to keep interest high as the year nears midterm.
