St Pauls Lutheran plans fund drive and local news from Diller
St Pauls Lutheran Church of Diller will join a nationwide effort May 4 to raise funds through the National Lutheran Council. The local church is asked to give 274.00 toward a 1952 goal of 2,900,000 with Lutherans in America participating across 51 churches. Also noted is a Diller boy now in Beaverlodge Alberta, and a report of a former editor of the Diller Record as his grandfather. Poppy sales by local girls support veterans made flowers for the 400 allotment, with 16 Luther Leaguers attending a rally in Bay.
