William Stewart now holds a deed contract and plans repairs to house his son in law Otho Jennings and family who live in the Pulec garage office. Clifford Sparks and Harry Green had started dismantling the interior woodwork before the deal changed. Sparks may move materials to Virginia or Beatrice for a future cottage.
