Diller column reports revival services closing with about sixty conversions and Rev. Willis departing for Cleveland. Community updates include Welch the photographer, real estate moves, farm trades, new agent Thomas Watson at Diller, and local business changes.
A note on stomach digestion claims Chamberlains Stomach and Liver Tablets restore appetite and provide gentle laxative action. A new doctor will visit Diller at 4 o clock Monday the 27th inst. Dr C T Gritzka and wife plan to christen their newborn Teddy, hoping he grows up well.
Woodmen Lodge Diller No. 1668 M W A calls full attendance for tomorrow evening. Action will be taken on building a Woodman Hall and Opera House in Diller. If approved, stock subscriptions will be opened. Frank T. Pearce, Clerk.
Sunday School at 10 a m and preaching at 11 a m. The subject Does God leave men. Junior League at 3 p m Epworth League at 7 p m. A weekly Union prayer meeting will be held next Thursday at 8 p m at the Presbyterian church. Mr and Mrs B F Lightner and Mr C J Mayborn attended the wedding of Edward Eby and Jennie Jackson at Mrs George Jacksons home near Lanham. Rev Miller officiated and about sixty guests attended. The couple will be at home in Lanham next week.
Chas F. Lemberger of Syracuse N Y recounts applying Bucklen's Arnica Salve to his son's deep cut above the eye. The salve quickly healed the wound and saved the eye, also helping burns and ulcers. Available for 25 cents at Spear's.
A March 28 meeting at Mrs. Hartzell's home saw four officers present with reports reviewed. Geo Drew resigned as President to return to Superior, and Verge Wright was unanimously elected to fill the vacancy.
Dissolution notice states the partnership of C C Wells C J Hiatt and J B Zook doing business as Wells Hiatt Co is dissolved by mutual consent in Diller Nebraska dated March 23 1905.
The In-as-much Mission Band holds its first annual ingathering at the Presbyterian Church on Saturday April 1 at 2 PM with a short program followed by games and refreshments. Nonmembers may contribute five cents to the society fund, then at 4:30 a sale of edibles. A program feature is the recital How I earned my money and Sells' menagerie exhibit with pet animals for selection. Everyone is welcome.
Talladega Springs resident J W McKinnon reports severe pneumonia improved after using Dr King's New Discovery. The medicine is pitched as a sure cure for sore throat bronchitis coughs and colds. Sold at Spear's drug store with 50 cent and one dollar bottles and free trial bottles.
The Fairbury Times notes W C Line of Diller has few feisty moments on the state house floor but consistently votes in the public interest. It praises his record as county commissioner and legislator, citing the railroad commodity bill defeat as proof that action matters more than rhetoric.
Miss Katie Reents of near Steele City died at 1 30 PM yesterday from quick consumption. Funeral arrangements set for 10 30 AM Monday from the house and 1 PM at the German Lutheran Church at Diller with interment in Prairie Home Cemetery.

Election to elect three village trustees for Diller Nebraska at the Diller State Bank rear room on Tuesday April 4 1905 from 9 am to 7 pm. Two trustees serve two years and one serves one year. Hon John Shenick of 220 So Peoria St Chicago credits Chamberlains Cough Remedy with easing throat and lung afflictions that stalled his campaign. He says two doses in one afternoon reduced inflammation and allowed him to speak and win a council seat. Spear Drug Company sells the remedy.
