Cattle sold for 5.42 dollars per hundredweight in last market. Senior boys report shooting three geese on the pond Monday morning. Record Office boosts printing capacity. Rev Harry Huntington attended a district ministerial meeting at Beatrice on Tuesday. Eggs for hatching from pure black Langshans priced at 2 cents each. Mrs. C H Whear listed. L E Blauser and Lafe Brown each shipped two carloads of cattle to the St Joe market. Miss Alice Sparks of Cub Creek visits her brother W N Sparks and sister Mrs R V Folkers and families.

J. E. Clark shipped two carloads of cattle and one of hogs to market on Monday. Mrs. A. T. Watson and daughter returned from Lincoln after visiting friends. Langshans at 25 cents per dozen. B. F. The post office issues a notice urging rural free delivery patrons to press road supervisors to keep highways open and passable. Regular service must be maintained in all weather, or delivery could be withdrawn. Patrons should clear snow drifts so carriers can reach boxes from vehicles without dismounting. Carriers are not to break out roads after storms.
