Funeral for Charles Heady in Steele City and Fairbury
Charles Heady, longtime Steele City resident later of Fairbury, died last Saturday at 55. His body was brought to Wagoner Bros parlor for burial preparation. The Presbyterian Church in Steele City held the funeral Monday at 2 30. Rev Dodson assisted by Rev Fillinger officiated. Interment followed in Steele City cemetery. Heady, a bachelor, is survived by a brother Del Heady who had cared for him in recent years.
