Miss Bernadina McKinley daughter of Mr and Mrs C W McKinley of Ventura graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with three teaching credentials. The ceremony was at the Hollywood Bowl on June 19 with her family attending. She plans to teach in California public schools and has ties to Delta Phi Upsilon Kipri Phateres Rural Education Service and Nordhoff grammar in Ojai. Her mother notes four years of college are required to teach in California.
