Commissioners Explain Property Revaluation Plan in Jefferson County
Jefferson County Commissioners announce a county wide real estate reappraisal and reclassification program to correct inequitable assessments. A three map committee will revalue Fairbury Diller Plymouth and Daykin properties with results available in 1952. The effort aims to ensure fair state tax burdens and bring under or over valued properties to parity.
