Mrs Mary Willems staying with her daughter Mrs Scott Miller received a Christmas tree by parcel post from her son Dick Willems District Forest Ranger Warroad Minnesota. She has been under the weather for six weeks with eczema on her hands and a bowel trouble complication.
Fairbury papers report the death of Mrs. Jacob K. Diller at her Fairbury home on Friday night December 6 1935 aged 85 years 3 months and 2 days She was married to Jacob Diller in Carlisle Pennsylvania in 1870 and came to Fairbury the same year Mr Diller died six years ago
