Two suits filed yesterday in the district court clerk’s office arise from the Abraham Blauser estate near Diller. Mrs. Orleva I. McLaughlin seeks partition and specific performance claiming Blauser agreed to sell her southeast quarter of section 8 township 2 range 4 for 33 dollars an acre just before his death. She alleges the land was sold to others at that price to compensate children who had already received money from the estate.
