William Woode 1839 1905 Dies in Nebraska

William Woode of Nebraska born December 28 1839 in Newville Pennsylvania died April 7 1905 at age 65 years 3 months and 9 days. Survived by wife Elizabeth Arabella Line three sons one daughter three sisters and one brother. He moved to Nebraska in 1878 settling on a farm and was esteemed for thrift integrity and neighborly kindness. A pillar of Diller Presbyterian Church and a valued mentor he expressed readiness to depart for heaven but stayed to aid church work. He is now believed transferred to the elder ship in the General Assembly of the First-Born on high.

Death of Dora Carmichael in Harbine Nebraska

Dora Carmichael 16, daughter of J H Carmichael, died April 11 1905 after a sudden illness. Born August 11 1888 she leaves her parents three brothers and four sisters. Funeral held at the Presbyterian Church with Rev Neville officiating and interment in Prairie Home Cemetery. mourners include Mrs Ida Morton W W Carmichael Jennings Kan Mrs George Specht Mrs Alonza Specht Sylvester Carmichael Archie L Carmichael and Mable P Carmichael.
