Zimmerman and Lambs tour Ellis neighborhood in Hudson 6

George Zimmerman and family visited the Ellis neighborhood Sunday in Diller with J. L. Lamb and family driving a new Hudson 6. They were accompanied by Mrs. Ed. Bartlett and Miss Emma Lamb, sisters of Mr. Lamb.

Stolen harness and buggy reported in Endicott Tuesday night

A team harness and buggy were stolen in Endicott on Tuesday night. R. M. Patton and his family left Sunday to make their home at Lead, South Dakota. E. S. McMullin plans moves near Hollenberg, Kansas, as his family went Tuesday. Candy sale features 15¢ and 20¢ items at 10¢ per pound, other candies at reasonable prices. Mrs. Payne and family return to Odell after visiting here.

Mrs T E Wagenaar left Wednesday for Billings Montana after a visit with daughter Mrs Lee Holland and family to visit her son Harrison Wagenaar. Rev H Scheperle arrives as new minister at the German Lutheran church nine miles north of Diller with household effects hauled by congregation members.

Fire Chief Ouke Franzen has received a supply of public notices from the state fire warden urging citizens to cooperate in preventing fires. The cards warn about careful use of matches gasoline coal oil and other inflammable materials and advise precautions in daily behavior.

Bodell Returns Home After Beatrice Hospital Stay

Jas A Bodell came home Saturday from Beatrice where he was confined for about three months due to injuries from a fall on an icy Diller sidewalk. He has not fully recovered but can move about at home with crutches.

Methodist Church Announces Sunday Services and Music
