J. A. Marshall is recovering from a four weeks illness. Mrs. M. Callander returned Monday from Lincoln where she had visited relatives. Victor Chick Food and Butter milk Mash at Fanders &. Estes son’s. Most of the cats have been sown in the vicinity of Diller.

Mrs S B Viers came home last Friday from a Fairbury hospital and was recovering well. Her mother Mrs Drake, who had been called two weeks earlier due to illness, went back to her Red Cloud home on Monday.

Miss Gertrude Lambert leaves Saturday for Salem to begin a genealogical journey to Decatur Wenona and other Illinois and Iowa points to gather data for a family history. She aims to visit graves of great great grandparents and will be joined by her sister Mrs Cedric Fanders who are in New Jersey for genealogist work. On return she expects to visit relatives in Lincoln.
