Dalton Village Council adopts an ordinance creating a police department table of organization with positions including Chief Captain sergeants patrolmen and dispatcher and sets monthly salary levels. The measure covers qualification education uniforms and chief suspension powers with repeal of prior ordinances. Adopted June 11 1973.
