SOUTH BEND Ind Sept 21 Colonel George Milburn Studebaker heir to a Pioneer Indiana manufacturing family faced bankruptcy in Federal Court after the Inland Utilities collapse. Once valued at 3 5 million his assets are under 5 000 with debts around 2 500 000. He spoke little of plans for the future, saying only that he is getting alone in years and relatives rallied around him.
