Compromise reached in Frederick County companion suit
In Frederick Maryland on March 23 a compromise settlement of 6500 was agreed in a 25000 suit by Mrs Bertha Davis against the estate of Eleanor Shriver for services as a companion over six years. Davis claimed payment for her services and was left 1500 in Shriver's will. The 6500 settlement excludes court costs and totals above the will’s 1500.
