Man Perishes in Havre de Grace Home Fire
A fatal home fire at Peter Saverino's house in Havre de Grace Maryland last night left one man dead and a boy badly burned. Howard Crewson Saverino's stepson, 24, was found in the kitchen among embers as explosions followed the blaze. Joseph Saverino, 10, was hospitalized in serious condition and two other family members suffered minor burns. A neighbor who helped Crewson fainted from smoke but was saved by Saverino.
