Barking Dogs Stop Moonshine Raids Near Barnside Bridge
Federal agents hoping to nab attendants at a moonshine plant near Barnside Bridge were foiled by five trained dogs that warned of approaching patrols. The crew fled, but the raid wrecked fifty gallons of moonshine and a large mash stock. A separate Azteitam area raid destroyed mash vats and related equipment. Agents Cushwa Lightburn and Poore credited the dogs as a superior tactic and reported to Cumberland officials led by George T. Danforth.

Moller Organ In Pictures At Philadelphia Hall
