Polio victim in Tucson dies by own hand
In Tucson Arizona a 14 year old polio victim named David Putnam was found dead in a bathtub with a .22 pistol nearby. A note to his father explained he wished to donate his March of Dimes savings and funds for his funeral flowers. He had saved 100 dollars for a car.
