Charles Reid 64 longtime vice president and general manager of Waynesboro Knitting Co died 8:20 pm Thursday at Waynesboro Hospital. Born near Fairfield Pennsylvania he lived in Fairfield then moved to Waynesboro where he worked as an electrician and later helped establish the Wayseshore Knitting Co with John B. Eader and John W.
