Grand Jury Indicts 6 In State Roads Fund Shortage

Baltimore February 25 Pate's Attorney Herbert O Conor says indictments will be prepared soon in the about $40 000 shortage in the State Roads Commission funds. Four more men face grand jury action while two former employes are already indicted for embezzlement. Widow Loses $10,000 Suit in Maryland Court

Judge John Newman in Frederick Circuit Court ruled for Victor Wolfe and Herman Toms in the $10,000 case brought by Mrs. John B. Bowers of near Wolfsville.
