Washington Feb 14 The House committee investigating the Labor Relations Board referred testimony to Attorney General Robert H Jackson seeking an opinion on possible federal law violations. Edmund M Toland presented evidence that board employees urged union officials to appeal to Congress against funding cuts and that board members invited witnesses to testify before a Senate committee. Violators could face fines up to 500 dollars and up to one year in prison. The panel also accused J Warren Madden, board chairman, of further actions.
