Ralph Sosis, 38, son of a New York necktie maker, walked into Camden police claiming release by kidnappers after his father paid 10000 dollars. He said he was abducted near Camden and released from a house on the city outskirts. New York authorities were alerted and Sosis’s wife had reported him missing. the father Aaron Souls is named as the payer. He alleged four men kidnapped him in New York, one called Louis Fox.

Two Suspects Arrested in Brooklyn Hold-up Case
Frederick Maryland August 29 two young men claiming Brooklyn origins were jailed awaiting New York police over possible links to last week's 4271009 Brooklyn heist. Clippings in their possession prompted suspicion. Harold Bross 21 and Bernard Moran 20 said the car they rode in was stolen from a Brooklyn grandfather Clarence Hill. Police wired the vehicle number to New Jersey motor vehicle officials. Only two dollars found on them. State Policeman E W Reith made the arrest after spotting them in a parked car.
