Greencastle Plant Lineman Killed in 13 000 Volt Incident
Paul H. Wagner, 33, of Greencastle Light Heat and Power, was instantly killed at the Greencastle substation after his head touched a live 13 000 volt line while repairing a dead line on a ladder. Coroner A W Thrush set an inquest. Surviving are his widow, three stepchildren, Frank Wagner a brother, and other relatives. The plant had been repairing substation lines after fuse problems, with George Stuck on service duty at the time.

LeCompte Willing to Face Any Potomac Test
State Game Warden E Lee LeCompte said he is ready for any court test West Virginia officials may pursue over Maryland ownership of the Potomac River.
