Vehicle Collision Damages Parked Cars on West Patrick
Rob ert L. Saum of Hagerstown sat in his parked auto at the 200 block of West Patrick Street Frederick when a passing car struck his vehicle. Both cars were disabled. Floyd L. Reeder, driving toward Braddock, caused the wreck by veering into the left side of Saum’s car after viewing another vehicle. Officer Marshall Murray noted the other car distracted Reeder.

Bill To Legalize Beer Is Approved In South Dakota
PIERRE South Dakota Senate approved in special session the bill to legalize 3.2 percent beer with a 42 to 1 vote. The measure would allow 3.2 beer and wine immediately upon House approval and governor signature. Counties would receive 50 percent of tax and license revenue for relief.
