Clermont County Approves Motorola Dispatch System Bid
Clermont County Commissioners accept a Motorola bid to supply and construct a county wide emergency dispatch system linking the sheriff’s office and hospital with fire and other agencies. The project includes two transmitter stations and ties to the Zimmer Power Plant system, with operability targeted by December. The panel also approves a foster care services agreement with Beech Acres Home to absorb overflow children under a Kinderhaus Project plan.
