At the September 14 Goshen Board of Education meeting a resolution was passed asking the county treasurer to forward interest earned on Goshen School taxes to the district when earned. Superintendent William Russell reported buses passed inspection on the first day and noted enrollment and lunch counts are down from last year. A Citizens Committee for the levy was formed and a dinner for the Joint Vocational School Board was announced for October 14 at Diamond Oaks. The board scheduled an executive session for September 17 to finalize negotiations.
