West Clermont Career Center Dedication Opens Sunday
The public is invited to the dedication and open house of Glen Este Career Center on Sunday September 24 1978 at 2 p.m. Duane Tennant superintendent announces. Located on Glen Este Williamsville Road it shares the Glen Este High School site. A $2 914 811 Economic Development Act grant funded the project. The center consolidates most district vocational programs except home economics and horticulture. Most attendees are juniors and seniors pursuing vocational or technical careers. Construction enables a revised school schedule and better housing for schools. After the dedication the public can meet staff and tour the facility.

Air tour over Clermont County schedule and Sheriff’s Ball
The 17th annual Clermont air tour is set for Sunday September 24 at Clermont County airport from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets cost 6 dollars for north or south tours with 3 to 4 passengers per plane. Mobile registration unit to visit Cherry Grove and Milford
