Follies 1964 Comes to Cincinnati Gardens October 8 13
The 28th edition of Shipstads and Johnson Ice Follies comes to Cincinnati Gardens from October 8 to 13 for six shows and three matinees. The show features Donald Jackson Ina f Fauer Jill Shipstad and other star acts with designer Mary Wills. Tickets available at the Gardens and Fountain Square Hotel. Also a public hearing is set for September 23 1963 in Clermont County on a petition to incorporate Union Township into the Village of Union Hills.

Students to Attend Atom Conference in Chicago
A Middletown High School student and two peers from Cincinnati will attend the National Youth Conference on the Atom November 7 to 9 at the Pick-Congress Hotel in Chicago as guests of the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company. The trio, selected from science award winners, includes Jerry Carter of Middletown High School and Richard Cook of St. Xavier High School, joined by Dale Gieringer of Walnut Hills High School. They will be accompanied by teachers and CG&E officials led by Edward C. Pandorf of the General Engineering Department.
