Wilmington College Extension Class Opens at Felicity and Mt Crab
The Wilmington College Extension class begins Thursday September 11 at 7 30 p m in Felicity and an evening class will be organized at Mt Crab High School. Pike Route Workers Honored in Harrison Home Banquet
The Pikemen and County Commissioners were toasted at a Thursday dinner in the Harrison home to celebrate the paving project on route 74. Bethel Carnival Proves a Big County Event

George Scott aged 55 a rural route carrier of Milford was killed in an automobile collision at Shibina Missouri on August 27. He had toured Illinois and Missouri with his wife daughter and Benjamin Fern and had worked 24 years in Milford. Scott had been a telegraph operator before joining the postal service and lived in Williamsburg before moving to Milford 86 years ago. He was nearing eligibility for a pension in four years.
