Clermont County residents will see lower phone rates as extensions of service eliminate mileage charges. About 92 Midway and Swift coin phones switch to extended area status with 10¢ calls to Greater Cincinnati numbers starting Friday. Plymouth area rates cut for about 300 customers effective November 13 after officials note service expansion and central office upgrades by August 1960.
