Private Donald E. Ziegenhardt son of Mr and Mrs Ziegenhardt Route 1 Batavia has been transferred to the Air Corps Gunnery school in Las Vegas Nevada from Jefferson Barracks Missouri Before entering the air force in September 1941 he served three years in the Ohio National Guard attaining Staff Sergeant and was on active duty for seven months He is attached to the headquarters squadron at the Gunnery school and plans to enroll in the air mechanics school.
